Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join their 24/7 Service Desk in Singapore. This role involves being the main contact for users and vendors, monitoring enterprise networks, and resolving incidents. Ideal candidates will have a Higher NITEC in Information Technology and 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in a Network Operations Centre environment.
