• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ year of working experience in software application development or support.
• Proficient in Java, PHP, Python, C#.Net and SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in shifts for 24/7 onsite support in Changi.

Responsibilities

• Provide software application support, troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Implement application enhancements as required.
• Communicate with end users and IT teams to resolve production issues.
• Resolve incidents and recover services within SLA requirements.
• Work with the support team and Service Delivery Manager to address issues.
• Document and track incidents and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate monthly system maintenance and patches and deploy updates.
• Perform impact analysis and post-install verification for patches.
• Update project documentation according to QMS processes.
