Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a 1st level IT support role based in AMK, Singapore. You will identify problems, log tickets, and resolve basic issues while providing user assistance and guidance.

The position requires a diploma/degree in IT, 0–2 years of experience, and willingness to learn. Expect 5-day work weeks with standby duties and occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT.
• 0-2 yrs experience.
• Willing to learn.
• Required to be on standby (duty roster basis).
• 5 day week @ AMK.
• Travel to site whenever required.

Responsibilities

• 1st level support to user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
• 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
• Tracking of helpdesk ticket and provide progress update
• Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
• Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Software and Application Version Upgrade on clients
• Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers
