Job summary

A leading company in operational systems seeks a Global Operations Systems Engineer in Singapore to provide technical support for Data Center Operations. This role involves troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations of critical systems, with responsibilities including Tier I and II support, incident management, and collaboration with internal teams. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and experience in a remote support role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a 24/7 remote support role and Data Center operations.
• Experience with hardware integration and troubleshooting critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier I and II support for 24/7 Data Centers.
• Participate in a weekly rotating on-call schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the operations environment.
