Overview

Salary : Up 2.3K

Working Hours :

• Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
• 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
• Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Summary

This job is a very hands-on role – basically serving food trays to patients (2 tea breaks + lunch + dinner).

Apart from serving food, you will need to do inventory if food stocks or linen stocks are low. Talk to patients / next of kin when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to the patients
• Serve food and drinks to patients and clear them once meals are finished
• Check food served against patient meal orders
• Assist in inventory management
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness around the workstation and strictly abide by health/sanitation regulations
• Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs
• Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements

• Able to work on PH
• Experience in customer service
