Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Customer Service Representative who speaks Korean. The role requires managing customer inquiries and ensuring efficient drug delivery operations across the APAC region. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare environment. This is a 1-year contract position based in West Singapore.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is required.

Our client is a globally recognized pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence & they are looking to hire an experienced Operations Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking) - 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our drug delivery operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact in Korea for customers, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products. You will handle inquiries, coordinate orders, resolve issues, and uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and confidentiality.
• Not limited to Korea, this individual will also support other APAC region.

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with customers in Korea
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service operations. Experience in scientific / healthcare will be a plus
