Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an EHS Manager in Singapore to lead safety management across multiple project sites. The role focuses on developing and maintaining EHS policies, ensuring WSH compliance, and driving continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications include a degree or diploma in WSH or related discipline with 8+ years of safety management experience and WSHO registration preferred. On-site work at Kallang Avenue, with standard Mon-Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO with MOM is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

Education

Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering or related discipline

Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm
