Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety management across multiple sites in Singapore. You will develop and maintain EHS policies, ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, and conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in safety management, a WSHO credential preferred, and proven ability to manage remote worksites.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

Education

Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline

WSHO certification preferred

Job description

Role: EHS Manager

• Location: Kallang Avenue
• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
