Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an EHS Manager to oversee safety programs across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will develop, implement and monitor EHS policies, ensuring compliance with WSH rules and company standards. The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, and authorities while driving a culture of safety excellence. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety trainings, with the ability to lead project-wide

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience in construction/engineering/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

EHS Manager

• Location: Kallang Avenue


• Salary: $6500 to $8000


• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.


• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.


• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.


• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.


• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.


• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
