Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is looking for an EHS Manager to lead safety across multiple sites from Singapore. You will develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, ensuring compliance with all WSH regulations and regulatory requirements.

The role requires coordinating risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, while organizing trainings and drills to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement on worksites.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health
• Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
