Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety management across multiple sites in Singapore. You will develop and maintain EHS policies, ensure WSH compliance, and drive risk control across projects.

Ideal candidates hold a WSHO registration, with 8+ years in safety management within construction or industrial settings, and experience with ISO Integrated Management System. This role requires strong site leadership and stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO with MOM is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites at remote locations.
• Experience with ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox talks, drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain safety records.
• Advise project teams on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across worksites.

Role: EHS Manager

• Location: Kallang Avenue
• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
