Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee safety across multiple sites in Singapore.

• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox talks, drills and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities on safety.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk controls and safe practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across sites.

• Location: Kallang Avenue
• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm
• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
