Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an EHS Manager to lead workplace safety initiatives across multiple project sites. You will develop and maintain EHS policies, ensure WSH compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in safety-related disciplines, 8+ years of relevant experience, and preferably an active WSHO registration. Strong leadership and collaboration with clients and authorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

EHS Manager

• Location: Kallang Avenue
• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm
• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
