Job summary

KINDEN CORPORATION in Singapore seeks an experienced EHS Manager to develop and implement safety policies and manage safety systems across multiple sites. You will lead inspections, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and drive corrective actions with project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.
• Familiar with risk management and incident investigation techniques.
• Good report writing and presentation skills.
