Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to develop and maintain the company's safety management systems, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations and ISO standards.

You will lead site inspections, incident investigations, trainings, and risk assessments across multiple project sites, liaise with clients and authorities, and drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

Job description

Role: EHS Manager

• Location: Kallang Avenue
• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm

Job Requirements
