Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an EHS Manager in Singapore to lead safety management across multiple sites. You will develop and implement EHS policies, ensure compliance with WSH regulations, and drive risk assessments and incident investigations.

The successful candidate will have a degree in WSH or Engineering, 8+ years of relevant experience, and experience with ISO Integrated Management System. Strong liaison with clients and authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO with the MOM preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites

• Salary: $6500 to $8000
• Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm
