Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) professional to lead safety management across projects.

The role requires a WSHO registration (preferred), 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and industry practices. Salary is SGD 6,500 to 8,000 per month, with Mon–Fri working hours, on-site at Kallang Avenue.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSH Officer preferred (MoM).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites at varied remote locations.
• Experience with ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
