Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Sweden is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee daily technical operations for a leading shopping centre. You will drive energy performance, maintenance planning and long-term investments while coordinating with operations, facilities, finance, suppliers and tenants.

You will influence energy data, supplier performance and project delivery to ensure safety, efficiency and sustainable asset performance across the centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical property management or building operations.
• Ability to work hands-on with buildings, systems, and suppliers.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive improvements.
• Comfortable using data and reports to support decisions.
• Swedish and English language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the smooth running of daily technical operations across the centre.
• Developing and following up operation and maintenance plans with the Senior Technical Manager.
• Ensuring statutory inspections are completed and followed up.
• Managing insurance cases and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Supporting budget planning, cost control, and financial administration.
• Raising energy reporting and sustainability initiatives.
