Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance measurement is preferred.
• Ability to lead exchanging sensitive information and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Strong leadership to drive cross-discipline collaboration and department objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Manage operations and maintenance for facilities and develop operating budgets.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and maintain safety manuals.
• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and vendors for ongoing maintenance efforts.
• Oversee building systems and respond to emergencies while staying current with trends.
