Job summary

URW seeks a proactive Technical Manager to lead a team responsible for safe, compliant operation of a flagship asset in Sweden. You will drive maintenance, capital projects, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring long-term asset resilience and excellent customer experience.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide fire safety, compliance, and tenant fit-outs while advancing LTEAP and Better Places 2030 commitments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technical, facilities, engineering or asset management within real estate sectors.
• Proven leadership experience in complex operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, compliance, health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Management team, set priorities and drive high performance.
• Ensure safe, efficient, compliant operation of all building systems and services.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets with financial discipline.
• Own LTEAP and sustainability initiatives aligned with Better Places 2030.
• Oversee PPM programmes for asset reliability and compliance.
• Deliver refurbishment and infrastructure projects on time and budget.
