We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the safe, efficient and sustainable operation of one of our flagship assets. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the asset remains compliant, operationally resilient and future‑ready through the delivery of technical maintenance, capital projects, sustainability initiatives and long‑term asset strategies.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider Centre Management team, you'll lead a team of technical professionals, manage key supplier relationships and oversee major projects that enhance both asset performance and customer experience. You'll also take ownership of the site's Long‑Term Energy Action Plan (LTEAP), helping drive our Better Places 2030 sustainability ambitions.
