Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical property management, preferably in commercial settings.
• Strong administrative skills, comfortable with digital systems.
• Experience in shopping centres, control systems, automation, or energy-saving projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless daily technical operations and maintenance planning.
• Oversee sustainability initiatives aligned with Better Places 2030.
• Manage invoice flows and ensure accurate coding and approval processes.
