Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Sweden seeks a Senior Technical Manager to lead the Centre Management team, shaping the centre's technical strategy and long‑term value. You will ensure resilience, safety and regulatory compliance while aligning with commercial objectives and tenant experience.

You will manage operating budgets, guide capital projects, drive lifecycle plans, and oversee supplier performance and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, facilities or asset management at senior level.
• Accountability for technical performance, OPEX and CAPEX management.
• Ability to create clear business cases and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local Technical Management team and set priorities.
• Drive technical excellence, resilience and safe operations.
• Define lifecycle plans and long‑term asset renewal roadmap.
• Manage OPEX budgets and support CAPEX investment decisions.
• Deliver refurbishment, infrastructure and capital projects within mandate.
• Maintain governance, health and safety compliance and risk management.
• Lead supplier performance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to URW Better Places sustainability agenda.
