Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead the Centre Management team and own the centre's technical performance, resilience and long-term value. You will guide the local Technical Management team and coordinate with the GM and stakeholders to balance asset stewardship with commercial objectives.

You will drive lifecycle plans, manage OPEX and CAPEX, ensure compliance and safety, and deliver complex refurbishment and capital projects while maintaining

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical, facilities or asset management within complex real estate environments.
• Accountability for technical performance, OPEX and CAPEX management, lifecycle planning, compliance and supplier performance.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear business recommendations.
• Proven track record developing business cases, prioritising investment and delivering complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and set priorities for the local Technical Management team.
• Drive technical excellence, resilience, asset reliability and customer/tenant experience.
• Define and deliver the centre’s technical strategy, lifecycle plans and asset renewal roadmap.
• Manage OPEX budgets and support CAPEX investments with clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
• Plan and deliver refurbishment, maintenance, infrastructure and capital projects within delegated mandates.
• Maintain high standards across health and safety, fire safety, compliance and risk management.
• Drive supplier performance, procurement quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Lead URW’s Better Places sustainability agenda including carbon reduction and asset performance priorities.
• Advise the General Manager on technical risks, opportunities and investment priorities.
