Job summary

Fractory is seeking an Account Manager to grow the Swedish market and manage a portfolio of engineering clients. You will drive revenue, coordinate with Project Engineers and operations to move deals forward, and identify opportunities to increase value for customers.

Based in Sweden, this remote-friendly role requires outbound sales experience, a knack for spotting new revenue, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Some travel to Estonia may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and growing revenue.
• Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Comfort with a fast-paced sales environment and targets.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Prospect outbound via calls, emails, and social selling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with site visits when needed.
• Manage the full account lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers and Estimators to deliver value.
