Job summary

Databricks is hiring a Core Enterprise Account Executive to own a Nordic territory of ~10 large enterprise accounts. You will prospect, sell value, map stakeholders, and drive consumption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You report to the Director of Enterprise Sales, Nordics, and collaborate with partners to accelerate deals. You will be expected to exceed revenue targets, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and communicate value effectively to executives and technical buyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software sales experience
• Advanced understanding of MEDDPICC and Value Selling
• Proven ability to prospect and map stakeholders
• Business fluency in English and a Nordic language

Responsibilities

• Assess territory and develop an execution strategy.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
• Track customer details, use cases, timelines, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to customers
• Promote the value of Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction across the book of business
