Job summary

Databricks Inc. in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking an Digital Natives Hunter Account Executive for the Nordics to drive new logo acquisitions and expand existing accounts.

You will articulate the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and navigate complex enterprise deals with a solution-driven approach. The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager for Digital Natives and includes accelerators above 100% quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems.
• Exposure to software industry and basic concepts of selling SaaS, Data and Business Value.
• Ability to research company information and identify key stakeholders.
• Prospecting research and mapping out key stakeholders.
• Ability to sell to technical buyers.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (or another Nordic language).
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess territory and develop a successful execution strategy.
• Use a solution-based approach to selling and create value for new logo accounts.
• Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
• Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
• Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform.
• Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers.
