Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Startup Hunter Account Executive in Stockholm, Sweden to drive new Nordic accounts. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, articulating Databricks' Data + AI Platform value to founders and technical leaders.

You are a self-starter with SaaS/consumption experience, capable of generating pipeline, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and exceeding quota in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in direct account acquisition and closed deals.
• Experience selling SaaS with a consumption model in Nordic markets.
• Strong ability to articulate product value and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account activation strategies in the Nordics.
• Identify new use cases and opportunities to accelerate adoption.
• Forecast and track deals in Salesforce.
• Achieve and exceed quota targets.
