Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel; interest in HR systems and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish; service-minded and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, templates, and guidelines for compensation and benefits.
  • Support annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis including salary surveys and equal pay reviews.
  • Coordinate communication and practical arrangements for reward projects and activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for People & Culture colleagues on policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements and regulations through precise documentation.
