Job summary

Volvo Group Sweden is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join the People & Culture team in Gothenburg. You will handle essential administrative and operational support for compensation and benefits, collaborating with the Total Reward team and reporting to the Head of Total Reward Sweden.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with a global company that values care and teamwork. Swedish and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid knowledge of Excel; interest in HR systems and data analysis.
• Fluency in English and Swedish; service-minded and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain documentation, templates, and guidelines for compensation and benefits.
• Support annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits administration.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis including salary surveys and equal pay reviews.
• Coordinate communication and practical arrangements for reward projects and activities.
• Act as a point of contact for People & Culture colleagues on policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with agreements and regulations through precise documentation.
