Job summary

Grundéns in Stockholm is seeking an Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our European team. You will coordinate flow between customers, distributors, warehouses and internal functions, handling customer service, order administration, logistics, e-commerce and sales support.

Your role involves coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments and supporting Shopify and Amazon Seller Central activities, while collaborating with Sales and Finance on invoicing queries and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order administration or sales support.
• Strong systems proficiency; good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from customers and distributors via multiple channels.
• Register and administer orders; manage returns, credits and warranties.
• Coordinate deliveries and inventory with warehouses and logistics partners in Sweden and Portugal.
