Job summary

GERFLOR is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Gothenburg, Sweden, to support the Sales Team with day-to-day activities, coordinate samples, and manage internal processes. The role involves handling a portfolio of smaller customers through inside sales, and ensuring smooth execution from order to delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales support or coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Internal Sales or a similar commercial role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Fluent Swedish and good English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team by preparing sales documents, coordinating samples, following up on customer requests and managing administrative processes.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller customers through inside sales activities.
• Coordinate critical customer projects and ensure smooth execution from order receipt to on-time delivery.
• Act as the link between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production.
• Coordinate customer projects involving multiple Gerflor subsidiaries, sister companies and complex or special delivery requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and support sales reporting.
• Assist with customer events, campaigns and marketing activities.
• Occasionally accompany Sales Representatives on customer visits (approx. 1-2 days per month).
