BLUEGLASS. in Stockholm is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our central team. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to manage quotations, orders, production coordination and deliveries, ensuring timely service and support.

The role is hands-on and requires initiative, organisation, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in Swedish and English is important.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, sales support, or order management is advantageous.
• You do not need to tick every box, but strong interpersonal skills and the potential to grow are valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and follow up sales quotations.
• Handle customer orders and ensure accurate bookings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular communication.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production partners for smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor production schedules, lead times and delivery dates.
• Plan and coordinate logistics and deliveries.
• Keep order and customer information up to date.
• Support customers and colleagues with day-to-day operational questions.
• Proactively identify challenges and find practical solutions to keep things moving.
