Job summary

ALIANE is seeking a Backoffice & Transport Coordinator based in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will drive efficient transport management and provide operational support to Customer Service, delivering excellent service across the Scandinavian markets.

You will coordinate domestic and international transports, manage documentation, monitor shipments, and liaise with logistics partners to optimize costs and carrier performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international transports.

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a backup for the Customer Service team, supporting order processing and customer inquiries when required.
