Anyfin in Stockholm is looking for a Finnish-speaking Operations Agent – Student Worker to support core operations while you study. This part-time role is designed for students seeking stable hours over a longer period.

Your responsibilities include analyzing credit applications, following policies, liaising with customers across email, chat and phone, and performing AML/KYC checks as part of a cross-functional team.

Competenze

• Experience with internal tools and case management.
• Experience in fintech operations, KYC/KYB processes is a plus.
• Strong system literacy and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication in English; Finnish native.
