Anyfin AB in Stockholm is hiring a German-speaking Operations Agent for the evening shift, 13:00–22:00, Monday to Friday. This permanent full-time role shapes customer experience and financial health daily as part of our Operations team.

You will review credit applications, improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. Fluency in German and English is required, and the role offers stability with fixed hours and a modern Stockholm office.

Qualifications

• Several years of fintech operations or related experience.
• Experience with internal tools and multi-step workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Confident speaking with customers by phone, chat, and email.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Process and evaluate credit applications with attention to detail.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Credit, Product and Communications teams.
• Communicate findings across cross-functional teams.
