Job summary

Tieto Banktech is seeking a Swedish & Finnish Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a 13-person team in Solna, Sweden. The role involves handling Finnish, Swedish, and English inquiries for financial services, including card blocking and other customer support tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish (B2+), and English is required.
• Previous customer service experience with individuals via phone/in person is needed.
• Service minded and able to deliver high-quality support.
• Good knowledge of computer systems is expected.
• German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries.
• Register inquiries in appropriate systems.
• Resolve inquiries and provide top-level service.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
