Qualifications

• Swedish language proficiency at native level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support customers primarily via chat, with email and phone as needed, making complex questions easy to understand.
• Respond to customer feedback and reviews with empathy and care.
• Write and improve customer-facing content for clear self-help answers.
• Identify recurring questions and pain points and share insights to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to communications projects and other areas of the business.
• Collaborate with Operations colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Handle credit application questions and AML/KYC tasks following policies.
