Job summary

Ikano Bank in Malmö (Hyllie) seeks a Finnish-speaking Services Agent for our Factoring team. This permanent, full-time position requires fluency in Finnish and Swedish, and a background in finance or related studies.

You will perform credit assessments, handle inquiries, manage contracts and invoices, and collaborate with multiple departments while ensuring AML/KYC and GDPR compliance. Immediate start with continuous interviews.

Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a Finnish speaking Services Agent to join our Factoring team, based in Malmö. Are you fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written? Do you enjoy a role that combines customer interaction with administrative responsibilities? Perhaps you have a background in finance, either through education or work experience. As a Factoring Agent at Ikano Bank, you'll thrive if you're detail-oriented, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong customer-focused mindset. We offer a permanent position with an immediate start, based at our office in Hyllie, Malmö. Interviews for the role will be held on a continuous basis.

Responsibilities of the Job

• Perform credit assessments of companies based on financial statements and market data
• Handle phone calls, emails, incoming contracts, supplier invoices, and contract-related documents
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and colleagues, playing a key role in collaborating with other departments within the bank
• Provide support for all inquiries from commercial teams, client, customers, and support departments
• Gather, analyze, and manage information about corporate customers in compliance with AML/KYC regulations
• Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements

Education Level

Bachelor's Degree

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies

• Relevant business education or proven experience working in a financial company
• Computer and MS Office knowledge, and ability to learn new systems quickly

Language Competencies

• Fluent in Finnish and Swedish and knowledge in business English

Knowledge required

• Proven knowledge of Customer service in B2B environments
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
• Proven knowledge and understanding of the Financing Business
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer and supplier ledger account
