Job summary

Ikano Bank in Malmö (Hyllie) seeks a Finnish-speaking Services Agent for our Factoring team. This permanent, full-time position requires fluency in Finnish and Swedish, and a background in finance or related studies.

You will perform credit assessments, handle inquiries, manage contracts and invoices, and collaborate with multiple departments while ensuring AML/KYC and GDPR compliance. Immediate start with continuous interviews.

Qualifications

• Relevant business education or proven experience in a financial company
• Good computer and MS Office skills, quick learner of new systems

Responsibilities

• Perform credit assessments of companies based on financial statements and market data
• Handle calls, emails, contracts, invoices, and related documents
• Maintain communication with customers and colleagues across departments
• Support inquiries from commercial teams, clients, and support departments
• Gather and analyze corporate Customer data in AML/KYC compliance
• Ensure GDPR compliance
