Job summary

BD, in partnership with Haeger Carlsson, seeks a Territory Manager to lead and grow the Southern Sweden PI business. This field-based role focuses on selling innovative peripheral interventional solutions and developing a strategic territory plan across healthcare providers.

You will educate clinicians, manage inventory, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-based care and drive growth in a dynamic MedTech landscape.

Qualifications

• Had and successfully managed prior sales roles within the Life Science industry.
• Strong ability to build trust and influence clinical stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
• High level of ownership, energy, and resilience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of innovative peripheral interventional solutions and develop a territory strategy.
• Build and influence relationships across the full decision-making unit including vascular surgeons and other clinicians and stakeholders.
• Educate customers through training, product demonstrations and onsite support.
• Manage consignment inventory effectively.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions.
