The Territory Manager will focus on BD´s Peripheral Intervention (PI) business, the forefront of innovation in vascular care, and oncology. This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a high-potential territory in Southern Sweden within a leading global MedTech company - where your drive, clinical curiosity, and commercial mindset will directly shape success.

About the Role

We are looking for a Territory Manager to lead and grow company´s business across Southern Sweden. This is a field-based, high-impact commercial role where you will own your territory, drive sales performance, and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of innovative peripheral interventional solutions successfully and develop a territory strategy.
• Build and influence relationships across the full decision-making unit - including vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nephrologists, nurses, radiographers, lab managers, procurement, and senior clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Educate customers through training, product demonstrations and onsite support.
• Manage consignment inventory effectively.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions.

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional with strong commercial acumen and clinical curiosity. The suitable candidate has:

• Had and successfully managed prior sales roles within the Life Science industry.

Additionally, the candidate should:

• Be based in Southern Sweden.
• Be comfortable working in a field-based role (60-80% travel).
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
