Job summary

Ambu Sweden is seeking a Territory Manager, Endoscopy Solutions for South Sweden, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You will drive revenue and increase market share by converting new accounts and expanding usage in existing ones.

The role requires relationship-building with clinical and non-clinical decision-makers, regional tender experience, and a hands-on, proactive sales approach. Expect travel and home-office setup with daily customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or key account management experience.
• Sales experience from a Medical Device/IVD company in the Nordic region.
• Experienced with regional tender processes.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers
• Identifying and following-up on new sales opportunities
• Developing sales in your region according to budget
• Providing product training, sometimes to large audiences, and support to customers
• Participating in relevant national exhibitions
• Using CRM tools and processes, ensuring improved reporting and accountability
• Ensuring effective communication of agreed value propositions through proposals and presentations
• Ensuring seamless collaboration with key internal stakeholders - hereunder product marketing, market access, customer service, etc.
