Job summary

Ambu Sweden is seeking a Territory Manager, Endoscopy Solutions in South Sweden (ESL) to drive revenue and market share for Ambu Endoscopy products within the Skåne region. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, ESL, and join the Nordic Sales team to grow across Southern Sweden.

The role requires building relationships with clinicians and procurement/decision-makers, expanding existing accounts, and presenting value propositions while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or key account management experience.
• Sales experience from a Medical Device/IVD company in the Nordic region.
• Experienced with regional tender processes.
• Documented experience with sales planning, pipeline management and performance analytics.
• Preferably some clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
• Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities.
• Develop sales in your region according to budget.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Participate in national exhibitions.
• Use CRM tools for improved reporting and accountability.
• Communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with product marketing, market access and customer service.
• Manage tender processes for the Visualization business including market intelligence and post-tender follow-up.
