Job summary

BD is recruiting a Territory Manager to develop and grow the Surgery portfolio across South of Sweden, with focus on Hernia Solutions and Breast Reconstruction/Aesthetic. The role is field-based with frequent travel and close collaboration with the Nordic organization.

Based in or near Jönköping or Borås, you will join a team delivering clinically driven, evidence-based surgical solutions, while building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals across Sweden.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience selling medical devices or life sciences products.
• Ability to autonomously manage a territory and travel extensively.
• Strong commercial mindset with an analytical approach.
• Experience with hospital tenders and complex negotiations.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Willingness to travel across Sweden and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales for South of Sweden Surgery portfolio.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and decision-makers.
• Manage tender processes and procurement alignment.
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, clinical workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the territory.
• Collaborate with Nordic sales and marketing on campaigns and events.
• Represent the portfolio with clinical, technical, and commercial credibility.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape territory strategy.
• Work independently in the field while complying with regulations.
