Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customs Process Administrator for the Customs Control Tower in Gothenburg. This temporary role runs until 15 June 2027, focusing on driving customer relations and acting as the focal point for customers, team leaders and SMEs in processes and solutions.

You will enable continuous improvement by recognizing and implementing process enhancements, with emphasis on KPI performance and collaboration with the local broker.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• - Strong IT skills with MS Office and case management systems.
• - Interest in processes and systems with good analytical abilities.
• - Clear communication and problem solving for customers.
