Job summary

PVH in Gothenburg is seeking a Customs Process Administrator to join the Customs Control Tower on a temporary basis until 15 June 2027. You will act as the primary contact for customers and local brokers, drive process improvements, and monitor KPI performance within a diverse, international team of 2,200 trade and customs experts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Office tools and case-management systems, with English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customs or similar work.
• Proficient in Office programs and case-management systems.

Job description

We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator to join our Customs Control Tower (CCT) in Gothenburg. This is a temporary position (vikariat) until the 15th of June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and local broker.
• Identify and understand customer needs and challenges to effectively address and implement solutions in the work process.
• Enable Continuous Improvement by recognizing, recommending, testing, and implementing improvement areas, both process and solution related.
• Monitor timely and successful KPI performance by both CCT and local broker.
• Track and analyze account performance (KPI).
• Issue Resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar work is preferable.
• Good knowledge and IT understanding of Office programs and other case‑management systems.
• Flair for and interest in processes and systems.
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with ability to understand and address customer challenges and work toward a solution.
• English fluency.
