Job summary

GERFLOR is seeking a Backoffice & Transport Coordinator based in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will ensure efficient transport management, support Customer Service, and contribute to excellent customer experiences across the Scandinavian markets.

Key responsibilities include coordinating transports, handling documentation, monitoring shipments, and assisting with order processing when needed. A proactive, organized, and communicative professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Transport Administration or similar role.
• Good understanding of transportation processes and international logistics.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and transport documentation is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/TMS or other business systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international transports.
• Manage transport documentation and delivery processes.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transport-related issues.
• Support Customer Service and liaise with logistics partners.
• Review transport costs, KPIs and carrier performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

Position

Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a dynamic Backoffice & Transport Coordinator based in Gothenburg (Sweden). Become a key contributor to our Customer Service and Logistics organization. As Backoffice & Transport Coordinator, you will ensure efficient transport management, provide operational support to Customer Service and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience across the Scandinavian markets.

Your Role

• Coordinate domestic and international transports.
• Manage transport documentation and delivery processes.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transport-related issues.
• Support Customer Service and liaise with logistics partners.
• Review transport costs, KPIs and carrier performance.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a backup for the Customer Service team, supporting order processing and customer inquiries when required.

Requirements

• Experience within Logistics, Transport Administration, Customer Service or a similar operational role.
• Good understanding of transportation processes and international logistics.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and transport documentation is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP, TMS or other business systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills.
