Job description

Customer Operations Coordinator - Join BLUEGLASS. in Stockholm!

Do you enjoy working with people, keeping things organised and finding solutions when challenges arise? Are you someone who takes initiative, enjoys variety and likes seeing things through from start to finish?

If so, we would love to meet you!

We are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team at BLUEGLASS in central Stockholm. This is a varied, hands‑on role where you will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to keep our business running smoothly. From preparing quotations and managing orders to coordinating production and deliveries, you will play an important part in making sure our customers receive the service and support they need.

At BLUEGLASS. we are a dedicated team with a big international reach. You will be trusted to take responsibility, encouraged to share ideas and given the opportunity to learn and grow alongside the business.

About BLUEGLASS.

BLUEGLASS. is a glass packaging company with over 20 years of experience supplying bottles and jars to breweries, distilleries and food and beverage companies around the world.

From our office at Barnhusgatan 4 in Stockholm, we collaborate with customers and production partners across Europe, supporting packaging projects from initial ideas and product development through production and final delivery.

We are an ambitious, close-knit team, working in a fast‑paced, international environment.

We value collaboration, initiative, and a practical approach to getting things done. With short decision‑making paths and plenty of variety, everyone plays an important role in our success.

About the role

As our Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, helping ensure that customer orders and projects run smoothly from start to finish.

You will manage and coordinate activities throughout the order process, from quotations and order confirmations to logistics and delivery.

You will have your own areas of responsibility while working closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Some days will be straightforward, while others will require quick thinking, flexibility, and creative problem‑solving.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Preparing, managing, and following up sales quotations
  • Handling customer orders and ensuring accurate order bookings
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow‑up
  • Coordinating with our suppliers and production partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitoring production schedules, lead times and delivery dates
  • Planning and coordinating logistics and deliveries
  • Keeping order and customer information accurate and up to date
  • Supporting customers and colleagues with day‑to‑day operational questions
  • And, importantly, proactively identifying challenges and finding practical solutions to keep things moving
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys combining customer service, coordination, and problem‑solving in a role where no two days are exactly alike.

For us, personality, attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as as your previous experience.

You will probably feel at home at BLUEGLASS if you:

  • Genuinely enjoy working with people and taking care of clients. You like building relationships, staying in touch and making sure customers feel looked after throughout the process.
  • Are structured and organised, with an eye for detail.
  • Are hands‑on and proactive, and comfortable taking the next step rather than waiting for someone else to do it.
  • Are commercially minded and curious, with an interest in understanding our products, our customers and the business behind each project.
  • Enjoy talking to customers and suppliers, whether by email, phone or face‑to‑face.
  • Like solving problems and finding solutions when things don’t quite go as planned.
  • Are comfortable in a fast‑moving environment where every day isn’t necessarily the same.
  • Are curious and eager to learn, ask questions and want to develop.
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer operations, sales support, order management, logistics or a similar role is an advantage. However, you do not need to tick every box. We are equally interested in meeting someone with the right mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the potential to grow into the role.

Why BLUEGLASS?

A passionate team. An international business. Real responsibility. Interesting clients & projects. Plenty of challenges. Room to grow.

At BLUEGLASS, no two days are quite the same. You will become part of a close‑knit and dynamic team where we work hard, help each other and have fun along the way.

  • A close‑knit and supportive team where we work together, share knowledge and enjoy what we do.
  • A varied and meaningful role with real responsibility and the opportunity to influence how things are done.
  • An international working environment with customers, suppliers and partners across different markets.
  • Opportunities to travel, attend trade shows and exhibitions, and visit customers and suppliers.
  • A chance to learn the business from the inside, gaining insight into everything from product design and manufacturing to logistics and customer relationships.
  • Room to develop and grow as you build your skills, take on new challenges and become an important part of our future.

We believe in giving people the trust and freedom to take ownership of their work, while always being there to support each other.
