Job summary

GERFLOR is seeking a Backoffice & Transport Coordinator based in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will ensure efficient transport management and provide operational support to Customer Service, delivering excellent customer experience across the Scandinavian markets.

The role involves coordinating transports, managing documentation, monitoring shipments, and liaising with logistics partners to optimize costs and KPIs. A proactive, structured mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Transport Administration or Customer Service is required.
• Good understanding of transportation processes and international logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures and transport documentation is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP, TMS or other business systems is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent Swedish and good English skills.

Responsibilities

Become a key contributor to our Customer Service and Logistics organization.
