Job summary

Gerflor in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to become the operational backbone of the Swedish Sales Team. The role strengthens the sales organization by supporting Sales Representatives, coordinating customer projects and ensuring smooth collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production.

You will manage daily sales administration, maintain CRM data, support campaigns and events, and occasionally accompany sales visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team by preparing sales documents and coordinating samples.
• Follow up on customer requests and manage administrative processes.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of smaller customers through inside sales activities.
• Coordinate critical customer projects and ensure on-time delivery from order receipt.
• Act as the link between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production.
• Coordinate customer projects involving multiple Gerflor subsidiaries and complex delivery requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and support sales reporting.
• Assist with customer events, campaigns and marketing activities.
• Occasionally accompany Sales Representatives on customer visits (approx. 1–2 days per month).

At Gerflor, we are creating a brand-new role to strengthen our Sales organization. As Sales & Project Coordinator, you will support our Sales Representatives, coordinate customer projects and ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Production.

YOUR ROLE:

• Coordinate customer projects involving multiple Gerflor subsidiaries, sister companies and complex or special delivery requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and support sales reporting
• Assist with customer events, campaigns and marketing activities
• Occasionally accompany Sales Representatives on customer visits (approx. 1–2 days per month)
